Rosé, Rally, Repeat: A Miami Afternoon with Dunlop & Whispering Angel

On Saturday, June 7th, Miami Racket Club welcomed members and a select few guests to Rackets & Rosé—an afternoon designed to bring together Miami’s broader tennis community through elevated competition, shared courts, and thoughtful hospitality.

Hosted at the Biltmore, the event introduced a new format for the club: Liveball, a fast-paced, rotational style of play designed to keep energy high and players engaged across all skill levels. With 30 players across four courts, the sun wasnt the only thing bringing the heat.

In partnership with Dunlop, the event featured demo rackets and equipment support, along with a “Beat the Pro” challenge—offering players the rare opportunity to test themselves against a rotating lineup of semi-pros, with exclusive prizes on the line.

The final hour transitioned into a slower rhythm: a court-side exhibition match featuring top-level doubles play, paired with chilled Whispering Angel rosé and seasonal bites from Chef Leon Gomez.

Each participant left with a custom-designed event cap and the option to purchase limited-run apparel from the Rackets & Rosé capsule - part souvenir, part signal.

At its core, the event reflected Miami Racket Club’s purpose: to connect players through meaningful formats, curated environments, and a growing network that blends competitive edge with intentional community.
